HPC Healthline’s Head Office, incorporating Sales, Marketing, Accounts, Purchasing and R&D, is located in the Greater London area.
HPC Healthline’s distribution centre is located in Bourne, Lincolnshire and PH Medisavers’, our joint company, is located in Whittlesey, Cambridgeshire. Both centres are custom built to facilitate deliveries across the UK and to over 30 countries worldwide. At 165,000 ft2 (15,300 m2), with a storage of over 20,000 pallet spaces, they enable both the capacity for growth and a large stock holding.
This degree of storage space, coupled with the combination of our own vehicles and the services of major transport companies, ensure we provide a quick and efficient service to meet the demands of our growing customer base.
Strategically positioned for easy access to sea ports and major road networks, both warehouses are also conveniently connected for quick and efficient daily stock transfers. Both sites are configured to service key market segments. Our Bourne site handles our industrial and international markets whilst our Whittelsey site is designed to channel our ever growing product mix through NHS supply chain and into the medical sector.
Accreditations
Our ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 13485:2003 registrations incorporate our high quality warehouse management system, meaning we have full traceability throughout the despatching process. These accreditations ensure all aspects of warehouse procedures are monitored for quality control.
Efficient management of our operations also involves a range of environmentally friendly measures. HPC Healthline UK Ltd has recently obtained ISO14001:2004 Environmental Management Systems accreditation.
The above ISO registrations also cover our comprehensive range of products, ensuring we supply CE marked products manufactured according to the Medical Devices Directive 93/42/EEC and the PPE Directive 89/686/EEC.
